I was so impressed with this company. I requested a quote and in about 24 hours the owner was calling me to provide a quote. He was able give me a quote right there on the phone. When asked, when could you install the door, his response was, "Within in a day or two". The owner and his son arrived within the 2 hour window of the scheduled appointment. The installation was quick, their use of their time was efficient, they communicated well, they offered possible upgrades without being pushy, and they even went the extra mile to helped my husband program the garage door opener device in his car. While one worker was finishing the install, the owner headed to the paint store to matched the paint of the old garage door. We now have a beautiful new insulated and painted garage door, and a new garage door opener that is so, so quiet. Thanks, Micky and son.

Had them come in for a home warranty concern. I called them and left a VM to call me back. They called me back later that day and had someone come over the following day to get things started. They did call me to let me know that the motor needed to be replaced and that the the wheels need to be replaced too but it was not part of the warranty claim. I had no issue paying for the wheels and the warranty charge amount. I did wish it got done the first day they were there after the lady on the phone asked me a few questions but maybe I didn't answer them correctly enough to give her the right answers to get her to see that it will most likely be a replacement. The Tech was nice and got the job done :) easy to work with and had a quick turn around. keep up the good work TECH! (cant remember your name)

I needed to give these guys 5 stars for being an upstanding business. My warranty company sent them out to repair my garage door and I got upstanding service. Warranty companies are one of the biggest scams in a home purchase and if your garage door motor is 30yrs old they will continue to send someone out to 'band-aide' it costing you hundreds of dollars, and headaches. Cactus came back out after (yes) my 30yo opener was still broken to help me. Despite their policy (which understandably they need to have in place with scam artist warranty companies), the owner called me to say he'd send someone out to help, which they did. I highly recommend Cactus and I will be purchasing a new motor from them as soon as I am able!
